Eldo Bakery was born from a simple conviction: that the best bread is made slowly, with real ingredients, and by people who care. Every loaf is built on a natural sourdough starter, every pastry laminated by hand, every cup of coffee pulled with attention.

We've been a fixture on Cermak Road in Chicago's heart, serving regulars and newcomers alike. No shortcuts. No industrial shortcuts. Just flour, water, salt, time, and a lot of oven heat.
